Got my glasses today and the fit is perfect, as though I were there to have them fitted. This is the second time I have used Lens Factory and I am very pleased with the work. This time my order took much longer than I anticipated, this is the only criticism that I have and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Title says it all. LensFactory's turnaround time is nothing short of amazing, and the quality of the lenses was outstanding. If you don't mind waiting a few extra days, the prepaid mailer they offer is an excellent value.

I wanted glass lenses, and Lens Factory was the only site that looked reputable. I sent my frames in as instructed, but it took better than two weeks to get them back. Thankfully, they do have a phone number, so when I called them, the glasses were in the mail the same day. The wait was worth it . . . they did a great job and I'm so pleased to not have scratched up plastic lenses.

They did what they promised, as should be expected. I am pleased with my glasses. I sent them an expensive frame with my old prescription lenses, along with my eye glass prescription (progressive.) They returned them in 100& tip top condition with the new prescription lenses. They also sent back the old lenses, which I did not expect. I will recommend them to others and, I will prevail upon the excellent service again. Keep up the good work.

Never got a confirmation order was received. When I finally called customer service they were great, and very responsive. Reported glasses were being shipped the same day. They didn't ship for three more days. Good quality, fine product. Decent price.

I'm sorry there were problems with the shipping date. We are also working on improving our status notifications so you are better informed throughout the process. I'm glad you are happy with the quality of our lenses. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help make your experience better.

I sent two frames to be re-lensed. The one pair I have received back are just fine. The price of the re-lens was reasonable, but it has been over 30 days and I am still waiting for the second pair, which had identical lenses to the pair I received a week ago. Whenever I inquire about the status, the response I get is "It should be soon".

This is my fourth pair of glasses with using this company. The prescription was RIGHT ON. The frame arrived very uneven and off-set. They were sent brand new from the manufacturer so maybe this happened when the lenses were put in... no biggie, just noticeable.

I'm glad you are happy with the lenses. I'm not sure what happened with the frame adjustments and am sorry if they are not done properly. If you would like us to do any adjustments to the frame to correct un-evenness, please reach out to [email protected] We don't want you to settle for glasses that aren't fitted evenly.
Customer
Order took way to long, glasses seem ok. Some distortion in one lens. Overall not a great experience.

Hi, I'm really sorry you have had trouble with our service. Trifocals do sometimes take us longer than standard progressives. If you would like for us to take a look at the distortion issue and see if we can correct it, we would like to do so. We can also find a way to prevent you from being without your glasses for so long. Please email [email protected] We certainly want you to be happy with your lenses.
