So this was my first experience with the LensFactory and I dealt with a representative named Maddy. From start to finish she treated me with the utmost respect and with genuine concern to make me satisfied with my multiple orders. I sent my Ray Bans back in to have slimmer lenses put in, tried going cheap route, and she quickly had them upgraded for me and even sent the old lenses back for a back up pair!!! Truly amazing customer service, combined with a very user friendly website made me in to a customer for life!! I let the customer service agent talk me out of my initial order and I'm sorry I did. Other than that, turn around time was quick.

The lens I had made for my favorite sunglasses are useless. They distort my vision so badly that I lose my balance. I will not use this service again.

I sent in 3 high end frames to have prescription and tints applied. I spoke with Maddy at LensFactory to cover the details of my order. Simply put, LensFactory delivered beyond my expectations! I had Trivex lenses placed in a favorite old frame and am very pleased. They are very thin and light. The company seems to have overcome some initial problems with its web site and is now more responsive to customer questions. My only issue is that I ordered (and paid for) transition lenses, but the ones I received do not respond to changes in light.

I was quoted a price of $540 at my long-time DO. I had my frames so this seemed quite expensive for a pair of lenses. I found LensFactory and was pleasantly surprised at getting the same lens (CR-39) for $180. Turn-a-round was about three weeks but worth it for the savings. I will be a LensFactory customer for a long time.
