I bought some new eyeglass frames without understanding how they might limit my lens choices. The LensFactory team (my contact was always Maddy) went to a great effort to test my original lens selection, and explain to me why that selection would be risky in my frames. After I reselected a more compatible lens, they went even further, accessing a special tool required for my unusual frames. I have been very happy with the final result. I have also been so pleased with their customer service that I have subsequently ordered a backup pair in another frame, and informed all my glasses-wearing friends that LensFactory is the only place to buy.

I needed updated lenses for my frames. I went to several local optical shops and they were way too expensive. I went online and found LensFactory and placed my order. They sent me a shipping box for my glasses and off they went. They communicated via email every step of the way. At one point I thought the post-office had lost my glasses. Maddy, from the LensFactory personally called me at work to let me know they still had my glasses and would send me email notification when they were shipped. Glasses arrived and the lenses are perfect. Way better customer service than I've ever received in a local shop. Plus I saved alot of money!!!

Recently used Lens Factory to upgrade an old pair of glasses, with good frames, to new prescription lenses. They were fast, reasonable, and used quality lenses. Would recommend them without hesitation.

I sent in a pair of glasses that were in bad shape. They were nice enough to look them over and tell me that they could not use these frames due to damage. At least they did not replace lens and then send them back and me not be able to use them. If I have any problem with my new glasses I will use them to replace lens.

Sent my frames in and had them back in a week. Contacted customer service for a minor question and they were courteous and patient. Very pleased with my experience and will definitely use them in the future.

I was shocked at what my local optical shop would charge for lenses so I looked on line and found Lensfactory. I sent in my frames and prescription and am very pleased. It took a bit long but I had time to wait. The lenses are perfect. Easily as good as I would get at the shop who was going to charge me $600 for lenses. I am sending in my other frames today for new lenses. Highly recommended!
