My last experience was good, this time NOT. I understand that cv-19 may have disrupted the supply chain but the inability to give me some idea of when my order will be fulfilled, 1 month and counting.

Hello Jerry. Upon reviewing your order, it appears that your order included Glass lenses. Glass lenses can take several weeks to make for you. Much of this is supply chain and getting glass lenses into our lab. Because this is a very custom order, they do take a good amount of time to complete. It looks like you placed your order on 9/22 and your ship kit was delivered on 9/25. We received your frames back on 9/28 and began processing your order. Your lenses have been shipped out as of yesterday and you will receive the tracking number via E-Mail. I'm very sorry that this took longer than expected. We try to set our customers expectations that this will be a longer than normal job, when ordering glass. Thanks, Zack
