LensFactoryReviews of lensfactory.com

My vintage frames were brought back to life with the help of LensFactory. They got my no-line bifocal lenses correct and they were a fast turn around. Would definitely use them again.

Everything went so sweet. New lenses are great. Will doors the word....

Great service and great communication! And the lenses are perfect!

I sent Lens Factory old but perfectly good frames, plus my new prescription, requesting glass lenses. Shortly after they received the package from me, they sent me an email explaining that my frames had no screws to be undone in order to insert the new lenses. They said they normally do not work with frames like that, but if I was willing to switch to polycarbonate lenses, their technician would give it a try. I agreed, they refunded the difference between the cost of glass and polycarbonate immediately. I received the glasses about a week later, packaged beautifully, with a nice case for the glasses. The glasses themselves are excellent. All in all, a small problem well handled and quality work by them. I would absolutely use their service again and recommend them.

Consistently Delivers QUALITY lenses.

I am impressed. Not only did I get my Rx lens reframed, but it arrived sooner than two weeks. The cost was great. I will use them again in the future. Way to go LensFactory.

I've had an excellent experience with LensFactory. They have been very honest and professional in communicating the progress of my glasses. What I appreciate foremost from LensFactory, is that they take responsibility.

needed a set of computer glasses sent in my frames and prescription and now have a great set of computer glasses with the right focal distance so i am not tipping my head back to read the screen
