I expected the process to take two to three weeks, as that was the expectation set by the most delightful Customer Service Rep, Andrea. I got my glasses back (both pair) in 8 days, and they are PERFECT. My wife, in comparison went to a local eye doctor 2 months ago, and has had to return her glasses twice due to them having the wrong prescription each time…. I highly recommend LensFactory! And I’ll be a repeat customer.

Wow! Thank you. Everything about my experience with LensFactory was wonderful. First, the shipping boxes (for my old glasses) were sent to me quickly. Then, when I wanted to tweak my order to add Anti-Reflection to the lens, the customer service was excellent. Now, I have my new glasses and the techs did a FABULOUS job. I can seeeee!!! The LensFactory customer service is second to none. They’ve been in the business for years and are real pros. I wouldn’t go anywhere else because I know that they get it right when it comes to lenses!

I had a pair of Oakley frames with prescription lenses that I really liked, but after LASIK surgery they were useless. For less than half the cost of new similar sunglasses, Lensfactory put new polarized lenses in my Oakley frames. I love them!
