Almost two weeks and half after I order the new prescription glasses and you guys keep “work in progress” status . Walmart or my local vision shop are way faster than you making those

I ordered my frames thinking they were in stock after week I sent a e mail asking for a update was told waiting on frames to be shipped 5 days later i sent another e mail asking for a update and finally someone asked the shop what is going on and they were backordered. So I was given a choice of Green or blur which I wanted neither but I needed glasses so chose the green and a week and a few days now and they still aren't done. I wasn't offered anything for my wait or otherwise. It will unfortunately be the last pair I order. As of this review I still do not have my glasses and they have not been shipped yet. Brian

I have had the same Optometrist for about 20 years and never had any issues. I sent my last updated prescription to LensesRx, along with my glasses frames as usual and got them back quickly. Turned out the prescription wasn't accurate, so the glasses needed to be done all over again. The folks at LensesRx were amazing about it. They are redoing my glasses for me and with no problems or costs and are getting them back to me soon. I am so thankful. Everything is so expensive these days and for what I would pay at the doctor's office, I can get 2 top of the line pair done at LensesRx. They have different options so whatever your need might be, they can very likely take care of things for you. I'd recommend them without any hesitation.

The lenses came in and fit perfect into my glasses. Shipping was very fast and the package was secure. Excellent company.

My first online eyeglass lens replacement and my last. Ordered a Carl Zeiss lens replacement. Lens came without authentication mark. I took it to an optician to verify and there are no marks at all. Authentication card was not included and claimed that I have misplaced it and there is nothing I can do about it. I don't have issues with the lens itself, but it is not of the quality O though I paid for
