Positives: I loved the customization, and the cost of my prescription lenses for my Meta Glasses. Decent customer service, responding in a timely manner. Negative: Delay in shipping. Paid for expedited shipping, however, did not receive until over a week later.

Pretty quick turn around time overall. Good customer service and you get email updates throughout the process.

I am still waiting for my eye glasses after 500 dollars expense. It's been a month.

Second time customer who also ordered a re-lense of my first purchase. Love the XtrActive lenses in grey polarized. They get very dark, providing polarized sunglasses without having to swap glasses. Phone customer service very helpful when I needed clarification/order assistance.

I sent my frame to them twice and neither set of lenses corrected my vision. They have some kind of practice where they look at the values of the sphere and cylinder and that changes the prescription from the optometrist prescription. They refunded my money minus shipping. In addition I've had to pay for shipping 3 times . Initially my old frames with older lenses. They returned them with the wrong prescription. I spoke with them and they said they would put the prescription the optometrist ordered. I shipped my frame with their lenses again only to be disappointed again. I told them I wanted my money back. Now for the third time I shipped their lenses only. I paid a total of just under $40.00 for shipping to discover they couldn't deliver an acceptable product. I have an astigmatism and I have always had it and in 56 years I have never had a problem with my lenses correcting my vision. Until Lenses Rx. With their shipping charge and my shipping costs i lost $44.00 with no satisfaction from their services. I will never use them again. It seems good for a lot of people but not for me.
