I've ordered contacts for my daughter through LensDirect for several years. I recently ordered replacement lenses for some old eyeglass frames that I had sitting in a drawer. The process was very easy, and my new glasses are perfect!

I was a first time user. I looked at several sites and was impressed with the reviews. So, I decided to give them a try. I think it took about 3 weeks once I sent the glasses off to getting them back to me. I LOVED the nice box they came in. Will not have an issue w/damage in these boxes! I also LOVED the discount I was given for my first order. The email updates about the progress of my glasses and finally an email telling me they were on the way back to me with a tracking number. I WILL be using LensDirect again and let my friends know about them as well. GREAT JOB!!

Glasses are perfect, spot on to spec. Process was very easy. So why "only" 4 stars? There was a gap in the communication/update what is happening - close that loop and you get 5 stars from me. Delivery timing could be a bit quicker but that is a very generic comment true for almost all web shops Overall a very positive experience, I will be back

I LOVED how my glasses turned out! I was so happy with LensDirect for Lens Replacement! I love that you guys offer free shipping both ways, and the packaging is really nice and protected my glasses. The free masks were a great addition too. Great quality service.

Great prices and great customer service! Sent my glasses out and within a few days I have my old frames with brand new prescription lenses. I looked everywhere for the best price and LensDirect was the best.

I was pleased with the service I received. It takes a while to acclimate to new prescriptions but so far so good. Great service, great follow up and competitive pricing. I will definitely use them again.
