The worst service ever received. I ordered contact lens from them on 4/23 with delivery excepted 5-6 working days later. Nothing showed up, no communication what so ever about what’s going on. The promise so much but deliver ZERO on all aspects. They even play you a recording when you are on hold explaining how good they are with service and everything else but it is all lies. They tried to pass the buck onto the supplier and they took no responsibility on their part. I will never use them again. And I strongly advise everyone else never to use them......

Aliyah was very helpful. My contacts were auto shipped in error and to the wrong address. She took over and handled everything and gave us a credit. I have an upcoming exam which may mean an Rx change so I will reorder once that is done.

I wrote the information incorrectly on my order plus had the wrong prescription uploaded to the system. Jessica Alexander and Lily Deterville responded quickly to my inquiry and were able to correct my mistakes! Lily cancelled my incorrect order and made sure my credit card wasn't charged. Jessica updated my account with the new prescription and set-up the new auto refill date for me. They were very nice, professional and made the adjustments easily for me. Their customer service made my shopping experience definitely worth a 5 star review!

Loved the service. The Pupil distance using the credit card trick was awesome. Not sure how accurate it is. When I received the frames back, the work seemed immaculate and I loved how it was wrapped up with the bag/cleaning cloth. All the little notes, from "you're a sight for sore eyes" to the one about not having to use the shirt to clean the lenses were a great treat/treasure hunt that put a smile on my face. The little personal touches really made it an awesome experience. Nice to have: Status updates need to trigger SMS messages as you use them for the marketing campaigns. Also, the status updates need to be more real-time. I felt, there was a delay in status updates on the website and it was a little hard to find. When you send out a message saying "your lenses are being worked on" in an email, it would be good to also add how much the estimated time is in the same email.

Lense replacement turned out great. LenseDirect did a great job of keeping me posted throughout the process.

It was a pleasure to work with Daisy she answered all my questions and was very prompt I am happy to be a new customer !!

I had an issue with contacts I received being blurry. (Same prescription I was wearing). Contacted Yasmin and she sent out a whole new order without question. Excellent customer service and will be buying my contacts from them in the future!!!!
