I love this company! I have ordered contacts elsewhere in the past and Lens Direct is by the best. The prices are a lot lower. I have used them for almost a yr and have never paid retail prices. Shipping/Delivery is always very fast. No hassles or delays in verifying my prescription. 5 stars all the way.

I couldn't get the website to upload my new prescription, so I contacted customer support the next day. Aliyah H was friendly, efficient, and really helpful; she took care of the problem and corrected my order within minutes.

If you are on the fence about doing business with LensDirect.com....just go for it! They have really excellent customer service. I never received my shipping label. Contacted support, and they tried sending also. No dice. Asked to send to another email address, and INSTANTLY delivered. Yasmine was great!!
