Aliyah was the most helpful person EVER! My husband had his eye exam, and we ordered contacts. He didn't try them on until over 30 days after we purchased when we realized that the eye doctor wrote the wrong prescription. We had already opened and written on the box of contacts, but we had no use for the wrong prescription. I reached out, and not only did Aliyah respond very quickly, but she was able to get a new set of contacts sent with my husband's CORRECT prescription for NO COST! She saved us money AND saved my husband from wearing the wrong contacts until we could order new ones. Fantastic customer service! I'll be using LensDirect for ALL MY CONTACT NEEDS!

So this has been a great experience so far! I placed a contact order used a coupon and afterpay which helps so much. Since it was the first time ordering I live chatted with them they verified my prescription! And told me exactly what to expect. They also told me how the "insurance reimbursement" worked. As well as the process of getting replacement lenses for my frames. It was a quick and painless process and it saved me money in the long run 🙌
