As a first-time customer, I made my order with next-day shipping for immediate delivery. An email from the UPS said it would arrive by Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning came and went. No contacts :( Later that night, I explained the situation to LensDirect with great detail, seeking a refund. The next morning, a delightful employee named Aliyah obliged my request and the contacts soon arrived :) I would recommend this company to anyone seeking top-quality assistance with receiving their contacts. I placed an order with LensDirect because they have a huge selection, great prices, and a great rep for excellent customer service. Little did I know how much I would depend on that great service. I made an error in my order--who know one little word, "multifocal", would make such a difference. Didn't realize my error until the lenses were delivered and I put a pair in. I was like Mr. Magoo I was so blind! Took a shot in the dark and called LensDirect to see if there were anything they could do. Within minutes Aliyah came to my rescue! She arraned for my order to be redone with the correct prescription AT NO EXTRA COST!! Yeah, I said it!! Thank you Aliyah!!!

I have had issues with another well known lens company and I was terrified of ordering from another site. I didn't realize I had lost an entire box and was trying to use daily contacts for too long (shame in me, I know, but times are tough financially) until I could afford to get more and go see my doctor. Not only were the lenses extremely reasonably priced, but they got in contact with my doctor for me to verify that I still have the same prescription and the lenses are already on their way. I didn't have to do anything and I'm no longer worried about ordering online any more.
