Wrong Address, No Problem!
I accidentally had 2 autorefill orders at the same time without realizing it, so when I moved, I only changed the shipping address for one of them. This lead to my contacts being delivered to my old address and I was unable to retrieve them. Luckily, I spoke to Nicole who quickly identified the issue and sent me a replacement (to the right address) for no charge. I am really pleased with the quick turn around and excellent customer service! Thanks, Nicole!
