5 stars for my mistake being corrected by Karielle... close to 30 years of buying online and still is shocking how many don’t know how to deal effectively with customers online you all clearly have figured it out.

Excellent customer service. They sent back really bent out of shape frames after lens replacement, so I am still knocking off 1 star because that never should have happened. However, their customer service was very prompt in getting the issue fixed and getting my glasses back to me quickly. I am happy with the end product and glad they were willing to help me get the issue corrected right away.
