I found a pair of frames from Izipizi that were perfect for me but my regular eye glass shop wouldn't fill reader frames with my prescription. I sent them to LensDirect and when they came back to me, I couldn't find my focus. I worked with customer service, sent them back and they reground the lenses. On the second try they were PERFECT and I'm so pleased. I was worried about doing this online and, thanks to excellent customer service, I won't hesitate in the future. Thank you LensDirect!

I had lenses on a pair of relatively new sunglasses replaced to make them prescription. Two weeks after I got them returned with the new lenses, I was wearing them when out of nowhere I heard a crack and the lens popped out of the frames. The frames had cracked in the area around the lens. I spoke to a customer service representative about the issue, but they chose to not accept any responsibility. The lenses were either not the proper size for the frames or the frames had been initially damaged when the lenses were being replaced and fully cracked a couple weeks later. Avoid LensDirect.

Only wish no star is a choice. I had bad experience with the lens order. I placed an order half a month ago and desperately expect it to arrive soon since I am wearing my last pair. It's been more than 15 days. They say it was out of stock when I placed my order, and it's on back order and maybe will be in stock again in another two weeks, which means I will not get it in another one month if they can ship to me in two weeks. They said this happen when they made errors. And asked me just patiently give a wait.Why is the customers that need to take consequences for the mistakes sellers made? This is not acceptable. Now I need to look for another lens in other website and hopefully they are responsible enough to send lens on time. Will not come back!

I just got my frame lenses done...I provide a cartier frame and no visión store would do it because expensive frames...so I read all reviews from all the web who can made my lenses for my frame better on the Internet and shows lens direct,and boy they are the best ...in less two week I have then back and did a real good job. Superb awesome work..I'll do it again when the times comes...alex

I mailed LensDirect frames to have the lenses replaced. LensDirect mailed my frames to the wrong person and cannot find them. I really like the frames and want to get them back. In the comments I noticed a post from Kristi C. 2/13/2022. They should have arranged to do a FedEx pick-up but instead sought to shift the burden of correcting the error on me, asking me to print out shipping labels and take to the post office. I still have this person's frames and they haven't even bothered to reach out!

Company or perhaps it's just the one individual that is working with my order, making this one of the worse experiences. Clearly they hate their job and taking it out on the customer.

On Feb 1st I submitted my order to LensDirect. I carefully packed my frames in the provided box and sent them in. I received a call a week later saying the frames had arrived broken. They tried to talk me into one of their inexpensive frames. I was not interested as I had paid over $200 for the Maui Jim sunglasses I had sent in. They said they would order a new frame and have them completed in two weeks. When I didn't hear from them I checked the status online. It stated that my lenses were being made. Two weeks later March 15th, I receive my frames back in the mail only to find that the lenses had not been replaced. I called to see why this happened and all they could tell me was they didn't make the lenses but not to worry, they didn't charge me. Who cares, I have been waiting six weeks and could have had them done by now! Poor communication, and questionable business practices is all I can say about Lensdirect!
