Always a positive experience with lens direct but Bibi in customer service really helped me out with my prescription! She was kind and also quick to respond. I highly recommend lens direct to anyone who needs contact lenses or prescription glasses.

This was my first experience with Lens Direct and I wasn't sure if this was legit or not. Well, let me tell you, their customer service is beyond stellar, they kept me informed every step of the way and when I received my glasses with the new lenses, they were perfect. I have no problem giving them a 5-star review. I will be using them for any future needs.
