Great customer service experience
I sent an email requesting an itemized invoice of a purchase I made in October 2021 requested by my insurance company. Olivia’s response was prompt and she provided me with the information I needed. I am very impressed with Olivia and her high level of customer service.

I just had the pleasure of having BIBi assist me through text regarding an issue I was having with a previously shipped order. This woman was phenomenal. Through text I could feel her kindness and concern. I was reluctant to use customer service via text but she won me over.

Great experience with customer service…
Great experience with customer service to help with my lens issue. Olivia took the time to hear my concerns and escalated it to management to ensure my problem was quickly addressed and get a return label approved to send the lenses back for repair. Very pleased with Lens Direct, can't wait to get my glasses back. Will definitely use again!
