Actually, it embarrasing. New glasses frames are pretty and delicate looking. I wanted something more "manly", like my old frames. I wanted frames where the my eyes were centered in the lenses, but where the frames were as wide as my face. I didn't want the wire rims look of little frames balanced on my nose. I looked in stores and online and found nothing i liked as much as my old frames. But everyone told me that my old frames would break, in the process of putting in new lenses. So i chose a place that clearly knew how to replace my lenses. And if the frames broke, well, at least i tried my best. It took me less then a minute, to get used to the new lenses. And i'm not wearing lenses from a preacription i got before cataract surgery.

What should have been a simple lens replacement turned into OVER 3 MONTHS of wasted time, repeated manufacturing mistakes, endless emails with foreign agents, and broken promises. I was repeatedly told the issues that they caused with my lenses would be fixed, only to have to return them over and over and wait for them to fix their mistakes, just to be told at the very end that they don't have the ability to make the lenses as requested, and NEVER ACTUALLY COULD HAVE FROM THE BEGINNING. A complete waste of time and money! After leaving me without usable glasses for over three months, their idea of "making it right" was to refund the lenses and offer me **50% off** another order—meaning I would have to spend even more money with the company that created this mess, just to deal with the same runaround as before. This wasn't just a mistake. It was months of poor communication, wasted time, and a complete lack of accountability. Don't expect a quality product, or for them to stand behind their work or compensate you for the inconvenience when they inevitably mess it up. I thought I'd save a buck by going through them, instead I ended up spending hundreds extra on contacts since I didn't have my glasses for months, on top of shipping costs, and countless hours of emails. Save yourself the frustration and buy your lenses anywhere else! They lie about their capabilities and waste your time, hoping you'll continue throwing more money at them because you've committed so much time. This company had every opportunity to be honest about its limitations or to stand behind its mistakes. Instead, they strung the process along for months and then acted like a partial discount on another order was reasonable compensation. Don't let them waste your time and money the way they wasted mine. There are plenty of companies that will either tell you upfront what they can do or take responsibility when they can't.
