The quality of the eyeglasses and lens replacement are wonderful. I used the virtual try on and when I received them, they were exactly as expected. I had one issue with a lens replacement that the prescription was confusing and I contacted them right away and Bibi was absolutely wonderful helping me and resolved the issue in no time. I'm recommending Lens Direct to all my friends and family.
