Great CST
I spoke with Bibbi and it was a great customer experience. Explained everything in detail, was respectful, and had a solution for every problem. She even saved me precious coins. I would like to commend her because this is an anomaly in customer service.

I made a mistake on my order but Lens Direct saved the day!
I made a mistake on my order and Lens Direct found it and notified me. After a 2-minute phone call with Karielle Fowell my order was adjusted and I was back on track again. Thanks Lens Direct for keeping me seeing straight!

Charged me re-concurringly for an order that was cancelled on December 7, 2022
I went to the website to order READER contacts not prescription. After filling out all information including billing they said I needed a prescription to fulfill the order. I canceled it and went with Vision Direct out of the UK which does not require a prescription for a simple order. That was on December 7, then yesterday January 4, LensDirect charged my PayPal account for a re-occurring charge and shipped me an order. Not sure when they decided not to require a prescription or start charging me re-occurring orders which I did not ask for. These guys are bad news and I would avoid any company that has this type of business model.

Dear Jeffrey, We're sorry to hear that you received an incorrect bill and that you've had difficulty getting it resolved. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. I looked into the matter for you it seems like we called your doctor and left a message. It passed the 8 business hours, which is the amount of time given by law to the doctor to contact us back. Since they did not contact us back, we are legally obligated to send out what you ordered. But I do see that a return was initiated and a refund was issued back to your original form of payment. We would like to make things right and offer you a credit towards your next bill. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will assist us in providing better service. I want to give 5 stars to LensDirect…
I want to give 5 stars to LensDirect and special thanks to Alex in Customer Service. I made a mistake when I entered (it was my mistake) my Len's replacement order. The order was handled promptly and professionally made to fit my old frames. Unfortunately they were not what I wanted. Calling customer service Alex went to work corrected the error living up to Len's Direct motto of total customer satisfaction.
