Great job, great company!
I sent this company 2 pairs of 20 year old frames. They were in rough shape having been shoved in a drawer for most of those years. Since I had been unable to find a new pair that were as comfy as these old frames, I took a shot and sent them to Lens Direct with my new prescription. I am so pleased with the result. Both were returned in pristine condition, tightened, cleaned and fitted with new lenses. I couldn't be happier with the result. Good job!!

Great quality lens replacement 👌
Ordered lens replacements for my favorite pair of frames. The process overall was easy on the website. Just make sure you have your frames, prescription and some form of card (credit/debit) available for measuring your eye distance (pretty cool that this is a thing, who knew!). The cost was reasonable and I was even able to take advantage of a discount on the site. Their customer service did reach out to me to recommend thinner lenses to better fit my frame, which I appreciated. And the quality of my glasses with lenses replaced was amazing! They feel like new again! Came out even better than I was expecting! I'm rating 4 stars because the progress tracker did not work for me and I had to reach out to support multiple times via email for updates. I never received a tracking # unfortunately, so I also had to reach out for that. Unbeknownst to me, the glasses had been waiting for me in my mailbox for a few days. On a positive note, emails to support were responded to within 24-48 hours consistently. So overall, yes I would use them again and recommend.
