I purchased contacts two weeks prior to…
I purchased contacts two weeks prior to a forgotten auto-prescription. I was able to cancel in time the auto prescription before I was charged again for another year's worth of contacts. The customer service agent was very helpful and courteous. I will continue to shop at LensDirect.com

Quick and helpful response from Kayla
I've used Lens Direct before and they've always been speedy and accurate, and at a great price. I had to cancel a recent order (my new prescription wasn't working out) and Kayla helped me cancel my order very quickly and seamlessly. Kayla was very responsive and was a huge help.
