Kayla was excellent!
Kayla was excellent and fixed my issue with the wrong lenses sent! She was quick to verify the prescription and find out where the problem was (which was also my error) but got me new lenses and priority shipping.

Great Customer Service
After finishing my transaction for lens replacement, I received a text with a 40% off code. I contacted customer service, Ellen, the rep was extremely accommodating. She was able to redo my order reflecting the 40% discount. Thank you Ellen!

Very pleasant experience
Even though it was a holiday. I was greeted promptly. I spoke with Kurshel. She was courteous, friendly and thorough. Kurshel verified everything with me and advised me when my shipment would go out and how I could track it. This was a very pleasant experience.

Best Customer Service
I could not be more pleased with the customer service experience I have had with Lens Direct, especially the kind and caring assistance I received from Mr. Bibi Khan. I neglected to include a discount code and paid in full. Mr. Khan was able to adjust my balance and refund me the savings with no questions asked, Bravo to this well run and honest company. I will be using them for ALL my future eyeglass needs and so should you.
