Hello - I did not receive the order of the contact lens I ordered. It showed delivered, but it was not in my mailbox. I called customer service and they advised to wait until the new year, Jan 2 and If I dont receive it by then, they will send me out a replacement. I did not receive it, and I called customer service, I spoke to KAYLA and she was very helpful in the replacement order. Hopefully I will receive it soon. Thank .you again, KAYLA.

I realized that I had made a mistake on my order, they stopped the order and worked with me to fix it without a hassle.

I called because, mysteriously, my glasses were returned to me asking for a pupil measurement, even though this measurement was already taken. Then Sharissa insulted my intelligence by saying it was returned because I used the shipping label for a previously canceled order. I was very careful to use the correct shipping label plus, if it was the wrong label then why did the CORRECT order say my frames have arrived and they were working on my lenses? Doesn't make any sense that they sent them back and rather than take responsibility they say it's my fault. It was my first ever order with Lens Direct. I canceled and am going elsewhere. Such a waste of time. Also, said 12-14 business days to have lenses made??? Ridiculous
