Speedy, courteous and satisfying Customer Happiness from Kurshel!
I have been so pleased with the speedy response I received not 30 minutes after an email I sent to LensDirect. It was obvious that my question was read carefully and every point was addressed. Kurshel's customer service meets the standard (and more) of what I hope for when contacting an online company. Thank you, Kurshel and LensDirect Customer Happiness. Personalized experience like in store online with great products and value
Alex just went out they way Reach out to you and personalize the experience like you where in store talking to an associate. Make sure your all squared away. Update the glasses started coming in the fit great feel great and great value so pleased with lenses direct.

Great help checking order status!
Nyah in customer service was great in addressing my concerns about the content of some automated LensDirect text reminders. She updated my order information to include my planned date for submitting a vision prescription (I’m waiting on an upcoming doctor appointment) and suspended further text reminders. She also confirmed the status of frame shipping box delivery. Thanks to her, I’m very confident that my lens only order will proceed successfully!
