Had great customer service because needed to updated payment information. The only thing is I had an updated prescription for my daughter but, was said there wasn’t an updated one.

My eyesight has had a mind of its own lately, and due to this, I've ordered a box of contacts only to find when they arrived, that my Dr changed the contact strength again. When I asked to send back the shipment I had just received, Nyah was more than helpful and willing.

Keisha was helpful and understanding. She communicated well, and fixed my mistake quickly.

I was having difficulty submitting an order for replacement sunglass lens on Sunday and I attempted to contact LensDirect via chat only to find out customer service was available Monday-Friday. Needless to say, I was very pleasantly surprised when I received a text from Jordan asking if he could assist me. I explained the issue I was having and he suggested I try a different browser and to try submitting the order on my laptop vs using my phone. Sorry to say neither option worked. Jordan forwarded my issue to the Team and I received a call Monday morning, I supplied the reference number for my order (that was still in my cart) and I processed my order over the phone. No balls dropped and I was very impressed with the communication and tone of the texts I received and with all of the customer service agents I spoke with.

I have found my experience w LensDirect has been nothing but exceptional. Bibi is very professional, courteous and compassionate. I lost my husband and needed my lenses replaced w these particular frames bc they have such sentimental value, but they were not able to do so bc my frames were brittle. She worked very hard with me to help find a solution and offered me similar frames I was able to choose. They also will polish and buff my old lenses and return them to me along w my original frames. She is EXCEPTIONAL and it is not easy to find companies like this who go out of their way to assist. Thank you so very much Bibi! ☺️
