I've needed to contact LensDirect customer service a few times (for issues on my end, not theirs) and they're wonderful everytime! Karielle assisted me this time, and she fixed the problem right away. I'd meant to delay an order and didn't get to it in time before it went through, and she was able to successfully cancel it. It's a relief to know that LensDirect's customer service is so on top of their game; I never stress about needing to reach out to them. Other companies should take notes from LensDirect on how to treat their clients/ customers. Thank you Karielle and LensDirect!

I ordered lenses on Wednesday 09/11/24, and labeled created on Friday 09/13, lenses should have been here on Sunday 09/15. They offer 1-2 days and I paid almost $20.00 for shipping to get reassurance that my lenses would be here on time before deploying. But I’ve deployed without lenses since they are apparently somewhere in Memphis TN as of now. Never again will I order from here. Be aware, not to pay more for shipping cause probably takes the same amount of time if sent through regular shipping.
