Lens Direct really came through when I was in a time crunch. I have been ordering my contacts through another company for over a year. Recently, that company was having problems getting my lenses and was unable to process my order for almost one week. I was pressed for time and started looking at alternatives and found Lens Direct! They worked very hard to get my order processed right away and they were very kind and friendly along the way. For this particular order I spoke with three women: Nyah, Jade, and Karielle. All three of them were so sweet and very helpful. Now it may have been situational but Karielle really went above and beyond in contacting my eye doctor to make sure we got the information correct on my order by the end of that day. I am so appreciative of these customer service people! They really do make the world go round. Thank you lens direct and i cant wait to see without my glasses again!

I have ordered contacts and 6 pairs of glasses from Lens Direct loyal customer and never a problem until my last order. I sent a text for help and Kayla was quick to reply and happily resolved my problem.

Have bought lens replacement for several different pairs of prescription glasses from LensDirect.com and have had very positive experiences with them every time. Kayla provided excellent service by providing very prompt responses and kept me informed and help ensured every step of the process. Order process in general is very easy and fast from ordering to shipping them my glasses and then having my glasses shipped back with the new lens. Will definitely continue to shop here again.
