Not a big fan of the extra "processing fee", but customer service is typically responsive and haven't had issues with orders.

Called customer support and spoke to Bibi. Explained that I was leaving for a trip to Europe in one week and asked to see if I could get my eyeglasses with replacement lenses shipped to me before I left. A few short hours later, she called and left me a message stating the order had been completed and I will be receiving them before I leave, along with the FedEx tracking number. I’m very happy and thankful for your excellent customer service! Looking forward to wearing my new eyeglasses on my European vacation!!

I made a mistake on my lens replacement order. I contacted customer service and Kayla was excellent. She had everything sorted within the same day and rectified my mistake. I personally haven’t had a better customer service experience for any service.
