Wrong size lenses shipped

My order had a insufficient address and i have emailed numerous times about resending them or a refund and got no response.

Sharissa was an absolute gem of a human! She helped me correct my lens prescription info to make sure I got exactly what I ordered - which was totally my mistake, but she made it an effortless and quick process for me which I’m SO grateful for! I can’t wait to receive my new glasses :)
