The prices are great. No complaints there. HOWEVER, it takes WAY too long to get your frames back. They've had my frames for close to a month now. They've been sitting in the "QA department" for at least 5 days now. Just ship my sunglasses back already! Competitors don't take as long, albeit they're more expensive. I'll take that tradeoff, going forward, because I needed my sunglasses back well before now.

After two months, I received my new prescriptions lenses installed on my existing frames. I put them on and they fit perfectly and my sight was exactly the prescription that my optometrist ordered. My glasses were just like brand new. Communication provided by LensDirect was excellent. I owe that to Nyha. They stated that when they inspected the original new lenses that their quality control found they did not meet their quality standards and they had to do a special order. That slowed things down. I find that completely understandable. Fortunately, I had my prescription RayBans to carry me through during the process. I recommend that you have a backup plan in case. I will use Lens Direct in the future and highly recommend this company. Thank You
