Keisha quickly understood how to solve the problem. I can't wait for my new glasses withTransition lens (not just regular sunnies)! I ordered what I wanted on Friday, but didn't attach the prescription. Lens Direct sent me reminders on Saturday morning, but I couldn't get the prescription to upload. I also ordered contacts which was smooth and easy. Later on Saturday I thought I would just reorder the glasses and lenses I wanted. However, due to user error (oops) wound up with regular sunglasses rather than the amazing combo glasses+sunglasses, Transition lenses. I fretting and freaked out all day Sunday thinking about what the total of 2 pairs of glasses plus contacts would cost. The CS bot told me canceling an order was usually not possible on Sunday. On Monday, a better worded question got me to Keisha who fixed everything with helpful and kind service in about 10 minutes. Hooray for the humans!
