My order came with a suspicious box. This may have happened in transit, I can’t be sure. So I reached out to customer service immediately after opening order and they helped me within 2 days by letting me know they would ship out another box. My rep Bibi was great. He was attentive and kind. The process has been seemless so far. Looking forward to receiving my new contacts.

I was not receiving information concerning my lens replacement status Despite my confusion and exasperation before I contacted her she pushed ahead to find my order inform of the situation and relieve me of my concern It appears I used my wife’s credit card for the transaction and I was not Ted noted as the customer I will now be notified as well Oh, yes my wife and I close however she left some time past to care for family in Iowa and I am post op myself so confusion exists here as well
