I have had two pairs of designer sunglasses laying around that needed a prescription. They were normally non-prescription sunglasses. I decided to send them to LensDirect and have replacement prescription lenses. I could not be happier. They are fabulous. The prescription is perfect. The service was wonderful and they were very good at communicating what they needed and if they had a delay, they told me. I would use them again. Thanks for making very expensive glasses useable once again.

Terence was great getting my problem solved with my lenses

Company is terrible to deal with. They don't answer emails and they lie about the time they receive the product. Its been a month that i sent my frames and I still do not know what is hapening to them.

Excellent workmanship on my lens replacement job. The turnaround time for this order #914339547 was 30 days which is beyond my expectations. There seems to have been a delay because my approval of a prism fee on Jan 5th didn’t get noticed. Sorry I couldn’t give you a five star rating on this order.

I made a wrong selection when ordering my contacts and didn’t realize until I received them. I called customer service and reached Terence. He was able to help me resolve this issue quickly. He was able to send me a return label and help me get the ball rolling on exchanging the contacts for the correct prescription. LensDirect is a great company to work with and their employees provide excellent customer service.

ordered early Dec. and left THREE notes to place reader lense as low as possible on lens. They didn`t and I sent them back. They promised a rush on the order: it`s now Feb. and no glasses. You decide what I should rate the service

Representative on the phone down played my concern regarding the delay I am experiencing on the current LensDirect order. Although she attempted to expedite the process of receiving a completed order, she failed to explain the reasoning behind the delay. I was notified there was a delay on the 30th of January when I initially placed the order on the 1st January. 30 days without my glasses is very inconvenien. Worst over, I wasn't given an explanation until Feb 4th. That is not good business practice. LensDirect should have discount the transaction for my being inconvenience

Horrible! Constantly getting emails asking for the same information over and over. I received 19 emails asking for the same information that I responded to every time. Takes way longer than the stated 10-14 business days and customer service can't seem to answer simple questions. I tracked my frames and they arrived on January 13th according to the USPS. Lensdirect doesn't show delivery until the 23rd, which is when they start their 10-14 day timer. Hopefully my frames dont get lost as they are completely incompetent. Never again.
