I am a big fan of LensDirect for numerous reasons. First, I have been able to get new lenses in frames I had used and liked for many years and it is great for them to have a new life. Second, for some reason a pair of progressive lenses my wife had replaced by LensDirect did not turn out correctly. The company offered immediately to try again, at no cost, and the glasses turned out perfectly. They are friendly and easy to deal with - truly no hassle. I will use them again in an instant.

Didn’t answer my direct question…several times. Gave me info but not what I was asking for. I asked specific question: "Can you take the lenses I send in and get the PD from those I send in?' I got a web page reference of how to measure. I asked my question again. A second response basically said the same. I asked a third time, same question, directly, and what I got back was I should see the web page. It's not a big deal, but sheesh. Simple question. The glasses I had were recently measured by a professional.

This is an update to my issues with LD. If's been some time since my review. LD stated I should check my spam folder because they were trying to reach me. I checked the spam folder but did not find any correspondence from them. I am still without my frames which I sent them in good condition. I am not making an exaggerated claim. I just want my frames repaired or be reimbursed for the damage they admitted to doing to them.
