Had a question regarding lens order I…
Had a question regarding lens order I had already placed. Before sending frames (sports goggles) contacted customer service to ensure they could fit lenses in the frame. We exchanged photos and customer service confirmed with lab. Happy Lens Direct took the time to review with me before I sent the frames.

I had a problem with my order

Great Support
Great Support Nyah did a great job cancelling my order. My prescription had changed and I haven't verified the new prescription, still working on it. Nyah was able to cancel the order without a problem. Even when I had an emergency and had to walk away from the conversation. Thank you so much!
