This is my third order from LensDirect…
This is my third order from LensDirect and was completely satisfied with the product as well as the great customer service I received via phone from Jade!! Sometimes apps and websites are not accessible or hard to navigate however, I have been able to access great service representatives via phone every time I have called! Plan to remain a customer for a long time!

Great customer support agent
The service agent, Jade, was awesome! The technical issues with creating and accessing my member account were annoying and I almost gave up. However, Jade patiently worked me through a good (temporary) solution.

Kissel was quick and responsive
Kissel was quick and responsive. Although the wait time was long, I was understanding and once I spoke with Kissel I was appreciative to be speaking with a live agent. My problem was resolved quickly and my order was verified within 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

I am SUPER happy I found this store…
I am SUPER happy I found this store online. I had a frame that I love and NO Optical physical store wanted to replace my Rx lenses, and if thy do, the price was ridiculous. I contacted LensDirect and they were more than happy to do the job. The process was smooth, fast , communication spot on, they did a GREAT job and the price unbelievable ! This is my second time ordering, and the same EXCELLENT customer service. Communication with agent Kwasi was outstanding, always, always, answering all my questions . I highly recommend this company, 5 stars!, A+++++ and customer representative Kwasi, THE BEST !
