Their prices consistently beat big brands without sacrificing quality—everything feels just like what I'd get from major suppliers, just at a lower cost. Having multiple shipping options (including free shipping) is a nice touch, though the "handling and insurance" fee takes away some of that benefit—it feels like it should just be part of the regular shipping cost rather than an extra charge. Despite that, I do appreciate their partnerships with Chase and American Express, which provide extra ways to save. Overall, between the discounts, rewards, and competitive pricing, it's a solid choice for cutting costs without compromising quality.

This company is incompetent and wholely dishonest! Not only have i been told my contacts already shipped, by multiple employees spanning 2 weeks, now you make up some backorder bs? This is exactly what you did to me 3 months ago. Told me it shipped when it didnt, then randomly claim theyre on backorder for a week. Im filing a grievance with the BBB an im writing a detailed review regarding your horrible customer service and lacking business ethics. Last time you promised to overnight my contacts, that was just another lie. Its like im dealing with a chinese vendor on amazon. Lie after lie after lie...and here i still am, weeks later without contacts. I found you guys because you claim to support veterans...if you did you wouldnt mistreat us this way, lie to us and fail to deliver our goods in an honest or efficient manner. I explained to your supervisor that i literally cannot do my job without contacts...she LIED AGAIN saying my contacts would ship in one day. 2-3 days later i get an email telling me at least a week longer before shipment because of another lie about backorders. I have an email and a supervisor tell me my order ship a week apart...only for this betrayal today.  How can a business be so incapable of processing an order, relaying correct information to the customer and shipping the goods in a reasonable time? How can different employees all tell me my goods have shipped only to find out multiple people have flat out lied to me. What a scam

Really wish I had paid more elsewhere. Placed an order 3 weeks ago and upon calling find out they didn’t even have the frames in stock but never notified me. Now they say it will be 12 more days. Ridiculous service (no service). Never use them again

This is an update to my prior review. If I could give 10 stars I would. I have to say its a breath if fresh air to see a company provide top notch service from beginning to end ..I got my sun glasses today and They were perfect and they provided a new case with a lovely bag I can use to clean my lenses. Thank you. It’s nice to see a business running so smoothly

I really like the ease of ordering my contacts. They ship quickly too! I definitely appreciate the email and text reminders when my contacts get low also! It’s super helpful!
