I just received my old frames with my new lenses after cataract surgeries and I am beyond pleased with my experience with LensDirect! From first placing my order to interacting with Sade about the order, every step was fully explained including timelines. So my expectations were correctly set. I can see again! This made my surgeries the correct action and it's wonderful to have glasses again which allow me to see. So thank you, Sade, and all of the LensDirect staff! My next step is to get my prescription sunglasses renewed.

Damaged my frames, making me ship them back and "evaluate" them. I am just sticking up with it because I don't want to be another 2 weeks without a pair of glasses. Pictures apparently aren't enough to show the damages.

I had made a mistake at checkout when ordering contacts. Jade worked with me to correct the problem. I appreciated a timely professional reply and solution from LensDirect. Contacts arrived within a few days.

Terrible communication! I emailed them 5 times asking a question with no respnse. I sent my glasses in for a lens replacement and received a message that they could not make a lesns to fit those glasses. I then received an email stating they could not start my project because I did not send my glasses in . I sent emails asking if they could put a transition coating on an existing prescription pair of glasses, again, no response. Next thing I know, my glasses shows up in the mail at my house. No other communication or explanation or apology. There are many other companies who make replacement lenses, I would check with them before wasting my time and getting frustrated with Lens Direct.

My contacts came so fast, and I did not pay for express shipping! My script was also saved from my last order I placed because I created an account. They still accepted my order without needing to confirm my script again. 10/10 highly recommend!
