Original review: I updated this review based on my further experience with lens direct. Total disaster. Sent frames in for replacement and they told me there were stress cracks and offered no alternative to provide the lenses I was waiting on. These were $300 Oakley frames. Avoid, this is a waste of time. Updated Review: After some frustrating dialog with lensdirect, they have stepped up there customer service and offered me a generous resolution. They offered me a choice of a free frame and have upgraded return shipping. It does appear that they do care about there customers. If the lens quality is good, I will be back. Will update once received and tested.

Great service
Great service. Easy to deal with for ordering. Paid for expedited shipping but took longer than expected to receive shipment.
