I had problems creating an account to purchase lenses for my wife. Used the chat and talked to a helpful young man named Mario. he suggested I try a different web browser and it worked. This was good because my computer is running Windows 10 and needs replaced so its frustrating to use especially when your trying to make accounts and make a purchase. Thank you Lens Direct
