I was nervous to order glasses online. They made it easy and any questions I had the customer service was quick and helpful! Glasses arrived and they’re beautiful.

Bought a pair of Prada frames with nice lenses and lots of additional features. Spent around $300 after insurance. These lenses are more fingerprint attracting and scratch prone than my $15 pair of Zennis. Tried to get help right away but they tried to blame me. Wouldn’t ever buy from them again. Would prefer to pay more without using my insurance before I ever gave them a dime.

I love these glasses. I had Burberry before this one which was so heavy. But this one is so light and easy, sometimes I forget that I'm wearing one. But you got to be careful because it is fragile. It's good to get the insurance on it.

Brain provided service to me....I must say he was very helpful and professional. He take the time to fix my Eyeglasses to me 100% and answered any and all questions that I had. I would highly recommend this store for Eyewear service as your first stop.

I bought a complete frame and progressive lens glasses from them, it will cost me $700. At the time of purchase they charged me for every single feature like scratch resistant etc. After 4 months of usage I have noticed that has smudges and scratches appearing. I went back to them and they end up saying rudly that I was not being careful and it's my fault to to take care of it, however I was being super careful and using my case all the time and has no little children. It was my worse experience with them and I say to my self never go to them ever in my life. They were so disrespectful and rude honestly I can't believe.
