The ease in which I selected the lens, frames up to the submission of the eye examination paperwork. Using the insurance discount saved lots of money. The completed glasses arrived as requested in two weeks and fits perfectly; no adjustments. Did not have to visit the eye store for anything. Thanks

Good Selection and fair pricing for insurance

I had a great experience using the website to order my new glasses. It was easy to navigate and input my prescription. I'm grateful that I could use my insurance to cover most of the cost, and I only had to pay a small CoPay. The RayBan frame I received is high quality, and my lens prescription was accurate. Although the shipment was free, I would have preferred a faster delivery. Nonetheless, I'm thoroughly enjoying my new glasses and will return for another pair. Thank you for your excellent service.

The facility at Torry st Brockton MA is nice and huge with ample space, nice set up, display etc. and workshop attached all good, but the main reason all this is set up for is the "Customer". And the customer are treated as last priority there. First if you book an appointment two weeks in advance then upon reaching there (taking time out from your work) you are made to sit for half an hr while they do god knows what, then you go through the process (eye exam, glasses etc.) then you sit through a long period while they figure out your insurance before you are let go. so if you stay at that location for two hours, you are being required/attended there for 30 min ONLY, for rest 90 minutes you are just sitting there while they figure out what to do and afterward how to bill your insurance. Awful waste of time of customers at this location. My suggestion, avoid this location if you can.

The frames are great, easy to use website, unable to see, need to go to the retail store for correction!

I accidentally sat on my glasses and they popped out of the frames. It was a Sunday Christmas Eve afternoon and I was sure that no optician would be open. I would have to go through Christmas Day half-blind. But, the LensCrafters at Peachtree City GA was open and they took me right in. Toffee repaired my glasses in no time at all and refused to charge me for the service. She was a real Christmas angel! Thank you!!
