This is my first time ordering new lenses in frame I already had and I am thrilled with the results! So much so that I will most likely be ordering new lenses for another existing pair of frames!! the swiftness of the delivery after online ordering was impressive. Thank you

3+ weeks after ordering lenses, no product received although PayPal payment was recorded. Ordered from another online contacts organization and got my lenses in 3 days. Never again.

I ordered Bose glasses over a month ago. I still don't have them. They are telling me they can't refund me because they made the lenses but they can't get the frames. It's not my problem that you can't get frames. I can get them in two day from Bose. I guess I'm going to have to charge back...

I ordered bose tenor frames with prescription through lensabl. It took a month to get them I was under the impression 6-7 days max but it is what it is. Overall they did a good job lenses look good and spot on. So if anyone plans to get the bose frames keep in mind it takes around a month.

I received my shipping box quickly and have returned it with my frames to be fitted with new lenses.

I purchased replacement transition bifocal lenses from Lensabl for existing frames. The frames came back with some damage and the prescription on one the lenses is slightly off. I previous reported that Lensabl made no real effort to correct the situation after repeated requests. I was mistaken. Lensabl did provide reimbursement for repairing the frames, but I did not notice that their partial refund had been added to my credit card statement because it was not located where I expected to see it. We are still working through the issue with the lens, but its possible that it resulted from PD measurements supplied by me, and I now have every confidence Lensabl will remedy the issue.

Great glasses. Quick Service. Excellent communication.

The lenses are beautifuly madel but your site indicated that the tinting for screen protection was 'barely noticable'. It is quite noticable, like tinted car windows, and I am unhappy with that. I feel like I do not see as well. The customer service is great, but the description is deceiving.
