If you are LUCKY, three weeks after they said you’d get your frames back with new lenses, they’ll at least get your address right and send you either your frames with the wrong lenses, or offer to replace the limited edition designer frames they apologize for “losing.” Worst online transaction EVER!

Ordered lenses and paid quite a bit with transition. I noticed that the entire circumference of both lenses is missing transition tint. So you can see the rings clearly. I sent them brand new frames in manufacture case originally (they lost the case and a bit of my trust. Now this and they want me to send the pricey frames back to them so they can “polish” the edges. They say this $29 service I declined in my original order should fix the problem. So the nearly $200 I paid for the lenses doesn’t include them ensuring the transition tint is uniform across the entire surface of the lenses.

Zero if possible. Just a series of bungles. First pair didn't pass their own low standards. Second pair was close in one eye but way off on the other eye. Third pair wasn't even mine ... I was mailed somebody else's glasses. Fourth pair was clearly wrong from the first wearing. Customer service won't own up to any mistakes and blame the complexity of my prescription. Note that they refuse to issue refunds. Don't even bother with them.

I would do zero stars if possible. Sent in four frames, got one back over a month later. Status on site said all were sent back. I submitted tickets and finally someone got back to me saying that three of the frames broke in the process. These frames were hard to get from dleyeware.com (five stars!) and we ended up going back and forth and they said if I repurchased they would send the money to my paypal. I did get the money for the frames eventually . . . Now I've been trying to get a refund on the lenses as I don't want to go through this again and they keep closing out my tickets without responding. Horrible!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. LET THE FACT THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER FOR THEM BE EVIDENT OF THEIR DISHONEST AND SHADY NATURE. They steal and resell your accessories such as cases and return your frames in generic, white, Lensabl cases. THIS COMPANY HAS NO ACCOUNTABILITY WITHIN THEIR ORGANIZATION. PAY NO ATTENTION TO THEIR EDITED TERMS IN THEIR RESPONSE BELOW. I WILL BE HAPPY TO SHARE TRANSCRIPTS & IMAGES OF THEIR TERMS & ALL EMAIL CORRESPONDENCES FROM WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER WITH ANYONE WANTING THE TRUTH. If you are like me and like to believe in the good in the world and people or like to give everything and everyone a fair chance or believe your experience will be different YOU WILL REGRET GIVING LENSABL A CHANCE. I opted to use their mail in service and mailed in my frames. BEFORE completing my order, I spoke to a customer service rep, specifying that I wanted my frames and cases to be returned. Jove, the CSR assured this. Jove was helpful until I received my frames IN GENERIC LENSABL cases- MINUS my original case as requested. Also I paid for blue transition lenses with anti-glare for night driving and received scratched and dented lenses with grey transitions that were placed on an area too small for the lens so when it darkens there is a noticeable ring on the lens. When I asked about having my cases returned "JOVE" ceased to exist. I was messaged by MEGAN and then "Rudy Widjaja" - each more rude and less willing to solve the problem. 14 days since last contact, 2 months and 7 days since my first contact and over 200 USD later I have 2 pairs of designer frames with LENSABL cases, no matching designer cases (which cannot be bought singly to replace) and dented, scratched lenses with the wrong colour transition and no anti-glare. THIS COMPANY HAS A GREAT WEBSITE BUT THEY ARE CONS- DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT BUY HERE. You were warned.

Do not use Lensabl! Weeks of delays and rude customer service. Could not make dark gray lenses and will not refund. Sent in pictures that clearly show at best made light gray. Could not produce a lab report to backup their claim. Do not use Lensabl! Terse customer service person when asked about delay and if my current lenses intact stated Lensabl probably ruined or lost and would not return - they did return, but wow, what horrid service people. I don't want to mess with any longer and they refuse to refund for making incorrect product.

I initially gave a 1 star review but after two months, I finally have my glasses. I definitely won't be using their service again, but satisfied that I have my new glasses.

This is absolutely the worst online experience I have ever had. They have had my frames going on to two months now. You can't trust them. The company is a joke.
