Horrible service! I ordered clothes for a Christmas gift a couple of weeks prior till Christmas. The clothes I ordered never came in. I just received them 01/21/2020. When I emailed the company, they never replied. When I brought it up in their Instagram page they blocked me. All the clothes looked cheap and were shipped from abroad.

The sizing is way off. The 12-18 month shoes I purchased were way to big and wide. They would never fit a child. I also ordered a swimsuit which came and was cotton. The quality is almost as bas as the customer service. I had to pay to return the shoes that I would've kept if sized appropriately. WASTE OF MONEY!

I received e-mail that my Halle Tutu dress was fulfilled 12/5/19. To date I have not received the item, and LennyLemons has not replied to my emails inquiring about the status, nor the tracking number. I will not be ordering from them again. The customer service is horrible. Nonexistent. There is my review.

It’s been 3 weeks and I have only received 1 item. These are Christmas gifts that will not be delivered in time. In no way does it say items will take a month Or longer to receive when you buy them. What a terrible company. Don’t bother buying from them.

I ordered 4 items, one being a gift. I then saw that their orders can take up to 16 days to be delivered. I needed the gift before then and followed the website directions to cancel that item. I had to email them to cancel. Rather than answering my email, they marked the specific item I wanted to cancel as shipped later that day. The rest of my items weren’t marked as shipped until a week later. That was a month ago and I haven’t received any item in shipment. Just want to make sure this doesn’t happen to others!

Their products are AWFUL. Construction is atrocious, materials are all synthetic even when they advertise them as cotton. STAY AWAY. Don't fall for the cute photos like I did!
