Lemon Law Group was very professional. Upon my initial call to them explaining that our new vehicle has been in the shop 9 times and has an issue they cant explain, they gave me some realistic scenarios based off of my case and told me what we can expect. Once I agreed to move forward, they assigned Hannah to my case. She immediately reached out and said the process could take up to 4-6 weeks. We waited patiently and all said and done, everything happened in the way we initially talked about. We are happy with the Vehicle Manufacturers offer, we are happy with the fair fee that Lemon Law Group requested from the MFG, we are happy with Hannah specifically. Now we will await for our settlement which they said could take up to 3 weeks or so. Thank you Lemon Law Group
