They literally wasted my time almost half a year, just to say hey, you have a strong case then to tell me, oh, we can't do nothing. No offense, but Sarah was very lazy. That was the lawyer I was assigned did some of my own digging on her. And had seen nothing but bad reviews. I'm leaving this review today. Because my case is finally settled through easy lemon law which is 5 star highly recommended for a law group. If you don't want to hear a whole bunch of B.S then I recommend Don't Go through these guys.👎 and also like to say that's why easy lemon law was able to do something and to say, you guys ain't at fault, you guys dropped me knowing it was a case.
I'm honest when I leave my reviews and this is my honest opinion. If I could upload my messages and show them stating, I had a strong case, it shows that they're lying already only if I could upload all statements made from them taking my case to dropping my case to lack of communication to wasting my time.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience and understand how frustrating a lengthy legal process can feel. I am sorry that you didn't understand our advice; we never stated that you had a strong case only that we felt we could help you. Your attorney diligently explained your situation and the options available to you in detail. Our team works hard to evaluate every case thoroughly and communicate honestly about possible outcomes, even when circumstances may change during the process. We also take feedback regarding communication and client experience seriously, and we have reviewed your concerns internally and found no fault in our representation. While we’re glad you were ultimately able to resolve your matter, we regret that your experience with our firm did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best moving forward.

These people are taking cases that they…
These people are taking cases that they are not willing to go to court on. They have taken two cases against Ford for me. One was for a $50,000 2023 F150 they only got me $10,000 all inclusive because they didn’t wanna fight with Ford or go to court then they had a chance with our 2021 Ford Bronco sport and Ford gave no settlement offer after the rear end being replaced twice and other attempts at fixing it failed and this group said Ford has made no offer so we’re closing the case and when I threatened to take my case from them before they said well if you change Attorneys, you’ll no longer have an opportunity to file a lemon law case they are cheats they are thieves and they are liars and I am filing a grievance with the Texas Bar Association and the Better Business Bureau

We strongly disagree with the false statements and accusations made in this review. Our firm does not “cheat,” “steal,” or mislead clients, and we take our ethical and professional obligations very seriously. Every lemon law case is evaluated based on the specific facts, repair history, manufacturer responses, and applicable law. Not every case results in a buyback or large settlement, and no attorney can ethically guarantee a particular outcome. In situations where a manufacturer declines to make an offer or where the evidence does not support continued litigation, we provide clients with our professional legal assessment and recommendations. Because of attorney-client confidentiality, we will not discuss the details of any case publicly. However, we stand behind the work performed by our team and the advice provided throughout the representation.

RUN don’t walk away from this group!
I had a disappointing experience with this firm. Throughout my case, I was never able to speak directly with an attorney and only communicated with a paralegal. Communication was inconsistent—calls, emails, and text messages often went unanswered or delayed.
At one point, I was contacted and encouraged to leave 5-star reviews on multiple platforms BEFORE they would released my case! Which in my thinking is false information, they deserve 0 stars. Now I know how they got so many 5 stars!
I ultimately felt that my case was not being handled properly and requested that they stop working on it.
Based on my experience, I would recommend that others carefully consider their options before choosing this firm. Total waste of my time!!!

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience. Providing clear communication and professional service is very important to us, and we regret if there were times you felt updates were not as timely as expected.
Regarding your concern about speaking directly with an attorney, our process often involves experienced case managers and paralegals who handle day-to-day communication to keep cases moving efficiently, while attorneys remain actively involved behind the scenes
We understand your decision to discontinue services and respect your choice. However, we would welcome the chance to speak with you directly to review your concerns and see if there is anything we can do to make this right. Please contact us at [phone/email] at your convenience.

We do not recommend this place
EDIT: The law firm has reached out to us again 4/24 because the manufacturer is "refusing" to pay them over a document discrepancy. They now want us to waste more of our personal time to get a document redone so they can get paid. Funny thing about it is I asked them prior to going to sign papers why we weren't provided copies before hand so we knew what to expect and what to sign. They then have the audacity to tell me they aren't going to reimburse me for my time to go out of my way yet again to get new papers printed, time missing work, fuel costs, finding a notary and a witness. We did our part, we signed where we were told and we paid our invoice to the law firm. Guess yall should have done a better job ensuring documents were filled out properly in the first place.
We do not recommend this place. We feel like the initial phone call was just to get us to sign with them. We were told we wouldn't have to pay whether we win or lose the case, which turned out not to be true as they charged us fees in the end. The next biggest issue is communication. It would take us days to get a response from them, which is rather disappointing when you're paying for a service. I shouldn't have to email and call several times before someone finally answers. I literally did all the running around for them, I spent hours & days gathering all the paperwork they needed instead of them getting it themselves, like again what were we being charged for if we did all the work? The final straw we had was when our "attorney" showed up 40+ minutes late to a phone call we requested with her that she scheduled!! Then she knew NOTHING about our case at all, it was pretty pathetic. They also never fully explained the process and the fact that we would lose quite a bit of money. We were told it took 60-90 days, however it took us 5 whole months. During the process we were never told that in our state the manufacture doesn't have to pay our interest on our monthly payments. They also never told us that we would be charged a usage fee, despite us asking time after time if we should be driving the vehicle or not. They told us to drive the vehicle like it would be any other day, then boom a large fee for the miles. We seriously regret going with this "law firm" and highly don't recommend. The most unprofessional "law firm" we've ever worked with. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.

The statements in this review are not accurate and require clarification.
You were not told that you would never have to pay fees regardless of the outcome. That claim is false. LLGP records all incoming calls, and those recordings confirm that no such representation was made. In addition, you signed a retainer agreement that clearly explains the fee structure, including that fees may apply if a client chooses to accept an offer that does not include all fees.
It is also incorrect to suggest that our firm is responsible for obtaining all documentation. Clients are required to provide necessary records so that we can properly pursue their claims. This requirement is clearly outlined in the guidelines provided at the start of representation, and it is not possible for our firm to obtain many of these documents during the pre-litigation stage.
The claim that the attorney “knew nothing” about your case is patently false. Our attorneys review and work on each matter as part of an ongoing process, and your case was handled accordingly.
The process itself was explained multiple times throughout your claim. While every possible scenario is not discussed at the outset, once an offer was presented, all material terms—including any applicable usage fee—were clearly explained so you could make an informed decision. At no point did anyone at LLGP instruct you to simply drive the vehicle without regard to mileage or potential implications.
Despite the inaccuracies in this review, LLGP successfully negotiated the strongest possible outcome available under the law. There is no additional recovery you would have received even if the matter proceeded further.
Our firm remains committed to advocating for clients with diligence and transparency
Thank you for your updated feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be to be asked to revisit paperwork after you believed everything had been completed, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience this has caused.
In some cases, manufacturers will reject or delay payment due to technical or formatting discrepancies in signed documents, which are unfortunately outside of our control. When that happens, corrections are required to ensure the agreement is properly finalized and that all parties—including our clients—can receive the intended outcome of the case.
We recognize that your time is valuable, and we do our best to minimize any additional burden when these situations arise. We want to clarify, however, that the execution of the release at the time of surrender was handled directly between you and the manufacturer’s representative/agent, and not by our firm. We were not present for that signing, nor did we provide instructions at that time regarding how the document was to be executed. Your cooperation is required for our firm to be paid for the service we provided.

Been dealing with these losers for a…
Been dealing with these losers for a year, it’s been a complete shit show. Run away from these people. They take your money and screw you. I had an open and shut case, they took my truck and delayed paying it for so long the interest ate up all my payments and the lawyers just put notes in and say they are working when they are doing nothing.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and truly regret that you feel this way, since we were able to win for you the best settlement the law will allow. This is not the level of service we strive to provide to any of our clients.
We understand how frustrating delays can be, especially when it involves your vehicle and financial concerns. While some aspects of the process can be outside of our direct control, such as in your case
.Regardless of the many times we diligently pursued your settlement. We follow up and we advocate as efficiently as possible on behalf of our clients.

Current client DO NOT USE!
I am working with the washington group (eastern wa). They do not save ANY documents you send them. I have sent in docs multiple times and they continue to ask for them. The professionalism is 0. They dont know what you've already discussed (they do not take notes at all). You have to constantly remind them of things you have already gone over and explain the same things multiple times. There will be weeks, months even, where you get the same generic message "our team is actively and diligently working on your case, we simply have nothing to update at this time". This process has about hit the 1 year mark for me (still sending, still reminding). I have no time frame to bank on and I honestly don't feel that they've done much, if anything at all. I would strongly suggest you go through a private lawyer or do this on your own with the manufacturer.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your frustration, as this is not the level of communication or organization we strive to provide. Lemon law cases can sometimes take longer than expected due to manufacturer delays and the need for thorough documentation, but you should always feel informed and supported throughout the process. We take concerns like yours seriously, especially regarding communication and document handling. I must take exception to your statement that have little if anything at all. After reviewing your file it appears that we were able to obtain a strong settlement offer.

If I could give a negative star or no…
If I could give a negative star or no stars I would. If you come across this website don’t walk , RUN because they will lie to you and say normally 30 to 60 days and probably 6 months at the most. Then talk about how much they can get for you. After you sign the contract everything changes and I ended up with half of what they said and it took over 2 years. My lawyer was Adam Mott and as I said before don’t walk, RUN !!!

Our firm does not make any guarantees as to outcome or specific timeframe.
--Most matters can be resolved in a short period of time, often as quick as just a few months, but there are situations which may cause a claim to take longer.
--For example, in the event a manufacturer does not wish to amicably resolve the matter, a lawsuit may be required, which could extend the time until resolution. Cases with more complex issues may also take additional time.
--When these situations arise, we zealously advocate for clients and thoroughly counsel them on all courses of action.

Don’t waste your time
Don’t waste your time. They told me at first for my car it will be easy for them to get GM to repurchase the car back or replace it due to GM and their 6.2L motor blowing up. 3 month with no car and they tell me they can only get me a 6k settlement and 3k is for them and I only get 3k for a 93k car that’s been in the shop for 3 month. Communication is bad they do everything through an app and no phone call. Gave up on them and move on with a different group. Don’t get cough in this 50% or more settlement fee charge.
These guys will not fight for you. They will do the least for a quick settlement as long as they get money on their side. They told me 3k plus I can go trade my car in lol, my car already depreciated $10-20k as soon as it leaves the lot what’s is 3k going to do very funny.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with the outcome and with the level of communication you received.
Every case is unique, and while we always aim to achieve the best possible result, there are times when manufacturers resist full repurchase offers and the legal options are limited by the facts, the law, or the evidence available. We understand how frustrating this can feel, especially when the expectations at the start of the case feel different from the final result.
We also regret that our communication approach didn’t meet your needs. We use both digital tools and direct contact to keep clients updated, but it sounds like we could have done better here.
If you’d like to discuss your case further, we’d welcome the chance to talk with you directly. Please feel free to reach out to us at [contact number/email]. Your feedback helps us improve, and we truly wish you the best moving forward.
If you'd like, I can also help craft a shorter, more neutral, or more formal version — just let me know your preference!

I could not find anywhere in our communication with you that it would be easy to get GM to repurchase your vehicle. It was never said
