I called and talked with Ted in the middle of the conversation when I asked a question he put me on hold with annoying hold music for 4 minutes. I called back and a nice lady tried to put me in tough with him and was on hold again. NOT GOOD for a new potential customer

Everything was great until I accepted the offer, then I fell off the planet I guess, now no one will return my emails or calls. Calls go to some random law office with no identification. Do not know what happened between the start of my process and now but now I’m concerned. I would now have serious second thoughts about recommending LLGP to anyone else.

The quiz process was fine. Called after maybe 3 minutes. If the vehicle has high mileage they will not help you. Regardless if it was from a dealership, new or used regardless of how many miles you put on it as the owner for that time period. On the website it says they can recommend or find you services available if they cannot help you. He stated he could not refer me to anyone who could help, or give advice on the best situation that was all he could do and a “yep”. Rude. Not helpful, not trying very hard either.

I have tried calling this law firm to speak to someone on my case several times and every time they are not available. They call me back and leave a voicemail but when I try returning I have the same issue not being able to speak to anyone. It was not until today I was able yo speak to someone. Also was advised the fed would be 3000 for this case but if they settled for 12k why would I only received between 1k-3k if the fee was only 3k for the attorney. This math doesn’t add up to me. So far I’m not satisfied!

This group represented me with my Mazda claim. Just remember that no matter what the car company settles with, you still have to pay them $3000. if the car company settles with under $3000 you will be responsible for paying the rest to the attorney. you only win if the car company agrees to settle over $3000. in my case the attorney was the one that ended up winning because they got $3000 and wouldn't even consider at least splitting some of the cost to make the client happy. To be honest you will be better off hiring a different law firm that will at least work with you in splitting the cost if you are not happy with the outcome. This company refused to do that and just said that i signed a contract and it did clearly state that i had to pay them $3000 no matter what. other law firms i talked to stated that they could of at least split the cost to make the client happy because in the end I didn't really get anything, the attorneys did. So again i suggest you researching other law firms and ask before you sign anything, if they would at least split the cost if the outcome isn't favorable for the client. I'm sorry but if i ever have anymore issues with my Mazda i will not use this firm. sorry but that's my honest opinion.

I have requested many times a finalized itemized bill. I get a generic totaled bill. I agree with reviews poor communication. SEND ME THE BILL. You understand when I have to amend a release from an auto manufacturer, wasn’t that your job? Didn’t you see my hand written changes to the release? If I would have read these reviews. RESPONSE: Did you review the release before you wanted me to sign it? Answer, no I HAD TO MAKES CHANGES. I HAVE A COPY, BUT FOR THE CLAUSE I CANT SHOW MY COPY, I FOUND THE ERROR NOT YOU!. Your company plays Symantec’s on who pays. The offers made, optics that is for you, fees are taken out of that. While true the money’s come from the automaker, but it’s your settlement. The whole ordeal! I would have paid a lawyer rather than this crap. This is my experience. How I feel and I have now potential optics of litigating in small claims for the 400 review of release? I once again had to make alterations prior to signing my rights away. What can I do? Small claims court is a very clear path. The portion of the release, you are not allowed to disclose settlement details. This can be exploited for limiting negative reviews of the automakers, but this does not include the lawyer group. My poor experience is with the lawyer. Group. I truly wonder how many people know how to interpret that statement about disclosure? It isn’t for the lawyer. I should have read reviews like mine. 100% reason for bad email communication and phone calls. Each one is billed. When I asked for an ITEMIZED BILL IT TOOK FOR EVER. MY QUESTION YOUR HUNDREDS OF 5TAR HOW MANY ASKED OR WERW PROVIDED THIS TYPE OF STATEMENT. NOPE YOUR PITCH IS THE AUTO MANUFACTURERS PAY WHILE TRUE. YOU MANIPULATE THE SLICE YOU GET. I feel there has been terrible communication between me and the attorney. He never told me I would be compensated for all of the money that I have put into the car (previous registration). When it came time to settle they said General Motors wasnt willing to pay for all the attorney fees so they want $500 out of my settlement to cover the rest.

I have been going thru this situation for 6 months. Most of the time I cannot get someone to call me back or even send an e-mail, to answer my questions. Now I’ve been told I have to pay $500.00 towards attorney fees. I thought you shouldn’t have to pay out of pocket, not sure what happened to that.
